A/HC staff has substantial experience in developing management plans for archaeological and historic sites. Staff members have helped prepare or analyze management plans and business models for heritage sites in Turkey, Italy, and South Africa. We are working to bring our international experience to the California context by assisting clients with site management plans, tourism management plans, interpretative materials, and conservation needs at archaeological and historic sites.
